Motel 6 Maryland Heights, MO

Staff is very friendly and work hard to keep customers comfortable and happy. They are always cleaning and picking up parking lot . They let me keep my pets with me free. Couldn't be more satisfied !! My husband and I love the staff and absolutely adore the young lady that works during the day. Dont know her name but she is off on Wed and Thurs to give an idea of who Im talking about

Good hotel! Excellent customer service from the lady in the front. She made my room cheaper the second night and made sure my girlfriend and I were well taken care of. I left my ID and she brought it up to me quicker than I could make it down after she called to let me know. Floors are clean here! So hard to find a hotel with clean floors nowadays. && the water gets HOT!! Definitely recommend!

I stay in a lot of Motel 6s because I have a dog, and this one was particularly uncomfortable. It's difficult to find even with GPS bc the signage is not visible from any main road. Seems to be the owner's secondary business concern. The restaurant, which the hotel is basically in the parking lot of and which has all the big signage, seems to be the main business. I drove back and forth on the same street several times trying to find the place. The non-smoking room smelled like a smoking room. The halls smelled overwhelmingly of floral carpet deodorizer. There were two dim lamps and no other lights. Bring your own blanket, bc there's no actual comforter - just two layers of sheets. Someone played loud music all night AND into the morning I couldn't even figure out which room it was coming

Positive: Nice spaced room,lots of channels to pick from,bed was not too bad Negative: The trash/funky smell in the hallways and areas is a bit much. The daytime desk clerk is rude and unprofessional!

Housekeepers are loud and rude in the early morning hours. Black mold in the fridge that constantly defrosts and leaves puddles of water running across the floor. Ruining the food that Im able to put in it. Roaches! 1 washer/dryer set for 3 floors of guests that I dont use due to the roaches. I go to the nearby laundromat. TV only has 1 working channel, no working remote. No replenishment of anything that is supposed to be free, included with my weekly payments . Been asking for clean towels and toilet paper for an entire week! While other guests that speak their language get replenished with no problem from what Ive witnessed. Only upside is safe location area. Grocery stores, laundromat, gas stations, pharmacy and fast food restaurants. Next to a highway for easy travel access.
