Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites St. Louis Riverport- Airport West

Room was not cleaned well and stocked. I had to go downstairs to get towels and wash cloth to take a shower. There were ink stains in the carpet, and when sitting on the couch I saw socks that belonged to another visitor which means housekeeping did not look and clean. I was on 2nd floor and a dog in another room kept me awake all night. In the elevator the railings were coming off. Only good thing about the stay was the lady running the continental breakfast was awesome I will never stay at this hotel again.

We booked this because we were moving from Ohio and our house was not ready yet. I initially only booked for 10 days and was going to extend as needed. After the 10 days we moved hotels. The room was okay. Worth the price. But we got here at 2:30 am after driving 6 hours and I had to work at 9 am. There was no one at the desk to check us in and we had been calling the desk prior to arrival and no one would answer. When no one was at the desk I called the phone to make sure it was going through earlier and sure enough it rang. Finally, the worker came out of her car parked right in the loading zone in front of the doors and came to the desk. She was rude and obviously high. We finally checked in and it was fine. We got the kind bedroom suite and it was tiny but again, not terrible for the p

Positive: Location, value, and staff Negative: Yes. The side entrance door needs to be thoroughly cleaned as there is a blackish area from hands pushing open the door. It looks bad and I avoided touching it.

The hotel has a general manager that is very unprofessional and has a trashy mouth. She cursed a man walking through the parking lot. At 11:20 she knocked on my room door and said, " you have to leave now". I said I was extending and Extended Stay corporate was working on it. She said she didn't care. Of course she got corrected and the reservation was extended. I stayed there in September and they didn't clean my room for 12 days. Trashy manager and a trashy hotel. Spend your money elsewhere

Nice place with separate living room. However, our upstairs neighbors have their kid running around day and night. Loud banging too. Front desk staff won't do anything. Days of no sleep. Dishes were dirty when we arrived. Advertises full kitchen but it has no oven, no cooking utensils, and only two tiny pots. We have a handicapped person and the elevator broke down. They can't walk far enough to get to other elevator.
