Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Louis Westport

Keke, Barbara and the rest of the staff have been great to chat with and extremely helpful over the last 2 months that we've stayed here. The room was clean and well looked after. Good amenities especially for a long-term stay. Great people, great hotel, absolutely recommend.

I only gave one star because I could not give zero. E-check in was a breeze. The nightmare started when the door opened to the room. It was just gross. The furniture, towels, sheets, pillow cases, and comforters were all stained. There was hair everywhere. The fridge door had food caked on the door. The luggage rack to hold your suit case looked like it had lotion all over it. There were no sheets for the pullout couch. We complained to the front desk and were given new sheets and towels. They did comp one night of the stay, but no offer to clean the room or get another room. Our travel was delayed so we got in late (after midnight) and chose to just stay. Ive been staying here since March 16, 2025. I recommend this place to anyone. The staff (includes the kitchen staff, the front desk staff members (day & night & over night), the housekeepers, the Head of maintenance man, the security officer are all so very nice, very polite, courteous, respectful & very helpful with anything you need help with. The rooms are clean, orderly, stocked, & staffs ready to clean or replenish anything a resident needs. Everyone has a smile to share. This is kid friendly, dog friendly & for people that are on vacation, work stay etc. I give this 5 stars on all levels. I just want to say my husband and I have been staying here since 2024. Our interactions with Barbra are always above and beyond. She’s one of the most professional managers we’ve encountered. It’s a relief to be greeted with a smile all the time. She always make us feel welcomed every stay. When she walk the hotel she is even checking on guests…she’s great! We saw new faces a lot of them matter of fact. A young man helped me a few times I think he said DeWuan, very nice young man. The other lady that was there with red hair at the desk she was nice but not what I was use to at the desk. She was a bit too flirty with my husband and her group conversation on her phone was not work related. Breakfast ladies were nice as usual. The room needed more detailed cleaning. We had such a wonderful experience at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in St. Louis Westport. From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and felt like home, exactly what we needed during our stay. A special shoutout to Dakota and Barbara for going above and beyond to make our visit so enjoyable! Dakota was incredibly helpful and friendly, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Barbara’s kindness and professionalism truly stood out. She made every interaction feel personal and genuine. Thanks to the entire team for making our stay such a positive experience. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in town!
