Motel 6 Manteca, CA

I stayed for two weeks, warm, large clean recently painted room. Bummer the lady had to keep asking when I could change rooms. Because it was not dog friendly? Having to get your key updated everyday? Come on when I get home from work to open my door. The last thing I'm trying to do is check in. All that aside. Great time , smart tv with apps awesome. My 14 year old Dog Mac Was happy too.

Motel 6 in Manteca is probably a sub par motel with inadequate rooms & for the most part everything in them. However the second story of the motel has more decent rooms and the things in them work correctly ie; air conditioner/heater, refrigerator, showers, tv & remotes. All in all the price for the rooms definitely is much higher than the rooms are worth , one night I spent $273.00 for a standard room. Overall motel 6 in Manteca is probably one of the tru valley’s biggest burn.

Positive: Spartan but clean and quiet room. Negative: Nothing

One of the best expirtiences i’ve had with hotel service. The housekeepers were very nice and helpful, desk clerk was also nice and helps accommodate to all our needs. Location is close to a lot of fast food places so that was also very convenient :)

Returning from a family even during our two night stay our room 131 was completely flooded out from an unknown source from the property. Clothes shoes blankets food devices completely ruined! Hotel manager did not believe we needed to be refunded because it happened the second night and they took us from a two bed room and put my family of 5 in a one bed room forcing my husband and myself to sleep on the floor so the kids could sleep on the bed at least. Not only did she not want to give me a refund hotel management would not allow me to file a complaint on property site for loss of damages. Please dont waist your money I have family and understand that in today's economy we try and save anyway we can but we both agreed this has cost us more in the long run than just paying an extra 50$
