Best Western Plus Executive Inn & Suites

If I could rate this hotel a 0, I would. The only good thing about this hotel was the young gal that worked at the front desk. She was very nice and wanted to help however she could. The first room we were given we found a lot of mouse droppings in the pullout couch. We were put into a different room that smelled like smoke, the tv only got three channels and the voices didn't match up because the wifi was so spotty, the shower curtain was pink on the bottom from mildew and the room just didn't feel or look clean. The so called "hot breakfast" is not that. There was hardly anything there and what was there, I didn't trust to eat. I walked across the street and bought us breakfast. My check-In and out was smooth and quick, the deposit was sent back to my card within 2hrs of checking out. My service dog and I stayed in room 120, the only issue with the room was noticing that the smoke alarm was missing(only realized 15 minutes before checking out). It was freezing cold outside, but my room was right across from the pool & hot tub, so I couldn't resist a 9pm trip into that hot & bubbly water for some relaxation before bed. The double rails make getting in & out so much easier for my disability, but they also have the chair assists for people who can't get in or out by themselves.

In Manteca, California, in the central Valley not far south of Sacramento and a short drive to Yosemite, I have stayed in a quiet, comfortable, clean and safe respite every week since April of 2024. I travel for business at that location just south of Stockton and I have a fairly high standard for acceptable accommodations. I also work in Stockton and still choose to stay in Manteca.||The atmosphere is good and the staff is quite friendly. Mr. Ham is the manager and the owners are experienced hoteliers. I have gotten to know the staff as always being available and helpful at any hour of the day or night. And, they always have a sincere smile. Affordable and well kept. Nice rooms, they just need higher quality toilet paper or bidets. Spa was great! Breakfast room is huge, well served, and clean. Parking is great for cars like mine that broke down and needed to wait for towing during the winter storm. Thanks again! I will come again if I'm around town. Raj and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The service I wish I could go higher than 5 especially. They prioritize the guest and it left me surprised. I stayed here for an extended period last year and the staff was beyond any expectation you would have for hospitality in all that time. Nice facility and had everything I needed. Wish the hot tub was working more consistently, entering the front by car is only through a single one way street on a busy road so it can be tricky and that breakfast could use a little more variety. The pool area and even inside the room aesthetically looked the way in the pictures for the most part. I would not hesitate booking this place again if I didn't live in the area now
