Hampton Inn & Suites Manteca

This is our go to hotel when we are in town visiting family. The nicest, most accommodating staff. We travel with a large dog, so we request the same room each visit so that we don’t disturb other guests. Plenty of outdoor space for walking our dog. Close to nice restaurants, shopping, gas stations, and the 5 & 99 freeways. Super clean, the breakfast setup is one of the best, plenty of parking.

I recently stayed at this hotel while attending our organization’s State meeting and had a truly great experience. The staff absolutely hustled and deserve to be applauded — every single person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The manager was constantly on the move, checking in and making sure everything ran smoothly, which really stood out. You can tell this is a team that cares about their guests. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better — close to great restaurants and shopping, which was a huge plus during our stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Checked in and discovered yellow, crusty vomit on our sheets. Housekeeping came and changed the sheets. But, insisted the room was clean because she saw a housekeeper in our room earlier. We notified her that our air conditioner was not working. She called maintenance. Maintenance came and after trying everything could not get it to work. He suggested because it was cool outside to open a window. Open a window?? We were on the first floor. Is that safe?? He told us he would notify the front desk that he could not fix the air conditioner. We went out to dinner and came back because it was hot in our room. I am disabled and have a permanent disabled placard. We park in a disabled parking spot next to the pool and I hear this woman cussing next to us. She was smoking and guess what?? She was

For the price I've had nicer rooms. They never gave me my deposit back. Made up something about tampering with the fire alarm. Never touched it. Just another way of big businesses getting more money out of you! You can find better room for cheaper. The room was not that great!
