Motel 6 Greensboro, NC - I-40

I been here for about 6 months on hard times. The staff has been nice. There has been no disturbances outside. It's quiet and they'll do they best to keep clean and accommodate you . If your a single parent this is the safest hotel your gonna find. They do not bother you and they are respectful.

I used the motel 6 website to book and pay for my reservation $377. Their parent company, OYO HOTELS, took the money from my account. I needed to change my reservation but they said cancel and rebook. I did that and they charged me another $338.I called the property to verify that I would not have an issue with the payment. I was assured that it was paid for. I drive to NC and they make me wait in parking lot for 3 hours until check in @3. At2pm I tried to check in but Dee, the manager says that I need to pay $25 even though their policy is no charge for early check in after 2pm. I wait another hour and Dee charges me another 338$. I show her emails from motel 6 confirming my payment and showing bank statement that confirmed my payment but she says that the motel 6 website is a third p

My Room wasn't ready when we moved in; however, they were more than willing to work with us through the whole process of our stay and accommodate us like a five star hotel. Their customer service's next level. If there's something wrong with your room, they will fix. Whatever you need, they'll accommodate within their limits. The owner and the staff were like angels and I highly recommend anybody staying here. If you're looking for a place, what's in budget margins? This is it.

Everything here is low quality. EVERYTHING. Like, I’m convinced they studied every hotel mistake ever made and said, “Yes, but what if we combined them all?” I try to check in early around noon. That’s when the hotel hits me with a $25 fee. That’s $25 to experience disappointment sooner. Brilliant business model. I leave, try again at 3pm, and the staff looks like they just survived a hurricane and somehow lost the map to the front desk. Chaos, confusion, zero accountability. I grab my key reluctantly, because apparently my life goal today is to test how much human misery I can tolerate. I head to the elevator. It’s sticky, grimy, and smells like despair. My sister and I travel a lot for our business and I've been in a lot of motels. This motel is favorite stop for me. The rooms are always clean and neat, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Tianna in the office always finds me the best deals. They make you feel at home here. If you're looking for a quiet clean and friendly place after a long day traveling this is your motel. If you need a 4 star motel for a 1 star price this is your motel.
