Motel 6 Decatur, GA

I have been staying here for 2 weeks and the staff Ms.Bettie and Mr Angel have been exemplary employees. The hotel location and rooms are very average but the staff makes it worth it and is the reason I stayed on … Mrs Bettie is always a friendly face with fresh coffee and a smile in the morning and Me Angel is always make sure we have everything we need as well as is quick to come. Fix any issue and always asking how was my day or that I need on a coat because its cold out..

The front desk guy I think his name is Angel 3-11. He's really nice and this one housekeeper her name is JJ she's super cool and she takes pride in her work.... And the Head Lady Ms. Murphy she is Awesome

I was also unable to sleep and was provided one small pillow to sleep on. There were roaches on the ceiling, walls, bathrooms, and the refrigerator that did not work.

Positive: Bottom floor Negative: No luggage carts, they 3-4 luggage carts 1 for every floor. Disappointed

The wonderful lady name Ms. Bettie was 100% helpful and amazing. When booking tried to give me a hard time, Ms. Bettie stepped in and saved my morning. The woman I spoke to for booking.com in the customer service department was terrible. That lady offered Ms. Bettie to put me in a dirty room just so I wouldn’t get a refund due to booked up room. I’m so glad Ms. Bettie was not going to tolerate that. She put her customers needs first, went the extra mile, made accommodations to where everything worked out. I appreciate you Ms. Bettie so much and she is the only reason I will continue to book rooms at Motel 6. Someone in this company needs to really acknowledge her hard work and dedication and give that young lady a raise! Thank you so much again Ms. Bettie! Booking.com TAKE NOTES!
