Motel 6 Cleveland, TN

We had a church group planning on coming to Cleveland, and I used my online booking company for the best deal. Originally, Motel 6 was my choice, but then I found a better accommodation. Having the cancellation guarantee, I submitted my cancellation thirty days in advance.||||Upon my arrival in Cleveland, I got an email charging me for the stay at Motel 6. I believed this would be an easy fix as I had my cancellation document with me. I called the location to explain what happened, and was poorly treated by the staff.||||The woman advised me that I did not cancel, and they were within their rights to charge me for the room. I attempted to answer her, but she was not interested in listening at all. She informed me that the manager was aware of the problem and agreed with the charge. Finally

This was very very inexpensive. Stay over from Florida to Michigan one night, and it completely served its purpose of a place to sleep. The room had no carpeting very very minimal furniture, but it was incredibly clean. Because it was so close to I 75 there was a bit of noise, but we felt completely safe and again it was very clean. One of the few hotels I have ever stayed in that I would actually take a bath in the tub rather than a quick shower. Very nice husband and wife check in.

Positive: Quick check in. Able to park in front of room. Friendly staff. Negative: Can't get cash deposit back until housekeeper comes in after 9am.

Super clean room and comfy bed. I needed a handicap accessible room. I really appreciated the fact that there were multiple grab bars surrounding the entire tub/shower and along the wall next to the toilet. A shower chair was even provided.. Now talk about pleasant, friendly and helpful. That’s what you get from this Motel6. Everyone from check in to housekeeping to the owners what a way to start your day with a bright friendly smile, and well wishes for safe travels. I will definitely stay here when I pass through again..

This place sucks! I have pictures of mold in the rooms Never had toilettes or towels. Stole 2 of our deposits when we had proof of us leaving the room like it was when we came in. We will never stay here again. Literally every other hotel around this motel 6 area is better.
