Motel 6 Childress, TX

I currently stay here for work in Childress, and have had nothing but a fantastic experience. Cleaning service has always kept my room exceptionally clean, and along with being very nice. Beds & pillows are very comfortable, and property mangers have always given me a very nice warm welcoming while being away from home. I would definitely recommend if looking for a place to stay!

The room was super clean with plenty of towels. Bright and cheery. The bathroom was large and very clean. We traveled with our cat and found this Motel 6 to be wonderful for us. The modern IKEA style furniture, laminate floor and tiled bath and sitting area means your pet can roam freely.

Don’t stay here! Crickets in the rooms, hair left in the “clean” shower. Deadbolt not working, safety latch broken. Fire detection in room wrapped in plastic and taped. Scary place to stay. Very pleasant desk staff though. This Motel 6 is in need of a renovation the location is good but the facilities are lacking maintenance.

Nothing to complain about. Also, nothing to rave about. It was a clean room in a place I had to stop for business

Definitely a two star hotel. People were fairly friendly. Rooms were very basic. Soap only no shampoo. Shower didn't drain as fast as it filled. Rooms look modern but just lipstick on a pig.
