Or better yet, sleep at the airport. You’ll be warmer, treated with more respect, and far less likely to be lied to.||At 6:42 AM, I called this property directly to ask one simple question: Are there rooms available for immediate check-in and what’s the rate? I spoke with an employee named “Cory,” who told me yes, that one room would be available in 30 minutes, and encouraged me to make a reservation. I confirmed—multiple times—that I’d arrive around 8:00 AM. She said that was fine.||Based on that information, I left the warmth and safety of the airport in bad weather, paid $40 for an Uber, and arrived exactly whe

I was hesitant to room at a Motel 6, however, after reading the reviews I went for it. The rooms have been updated, mattress not too comfy for my taste. I would also bring ur own pillows as theirs have the protective plastic covering and are not comfy either. Service at front desk was outstanding. If it weren't for the uncomfortable bed, I would Def reserve again.

⭐ 0 Stars — Lied To, Gaslit, and Thrown Out Into the Cold Called this Motel 6 at 6:42 AM and was told by “Cory” a room would be ready by 8 AM if I made a reservation. Left the airport in bad weather, paid $40 Uber, arrived on time—only to be met by “Tina” with a combative attitude saying check-in is at 3 PM and that I “couldn’t have spoken to anyone there.” She even claimed the phone number I called wasn’t theirs—until I dialed it in front of her and watched her pick it up. No apology. No accountability. Just excuses, gaslighting, and zero empathy while I was sent back out into the cold to find other accommodations. 20+ years in customer service and this was a total failure. Motel 6 did NOT leave the light on.

I was pleasantly surprised, considering this hotel is located inter-city Chicago. The front desk was very helpful and the rooms were clean and looked to be recently remodeled. I give them a 👍

The staff was very pleasant the rooms was wonderful and very clean they are very pet friendly the staff is very open and honest and good customer service. I recommend that any one looking for a great location to move around the city please come here.
