Motel 6 Chattanooga, TN - Downtown

I was struggling to get my things inside the building because I had so much luggage and Tiffany was so polite and nice, she offered to help when she seen me. Ive never been to a motel that had such decent and sweet people that worked there. Also later on that night I came down because I had a problem with my receipt and she had absolutely no issue helping in any possible to fix the situation I had. Thank you Tiffany for being such a polite and helpful friend you truly made my first night out on my own much more bear bearable!

Not even the bare minimum from this place. Visibly dirty in the hallway, strong cigarette smoke everywhere, shady area, SHADY ppl. It was obvious ppl were living there and it was not taken care of well at all. I almost questioned of we were in the right building. Felt completely unsafe and check out before we even entered our room. Do NOT bring your family here! Do not come here if you expect to at least feel safe and clean!

Positive: Location Negative: The room had a Crack Pipe in it and pills behind the bed, no hot water and a Fowl Odor as well, this is Crazy.

I stayed here because I had car trouble and this was the closest place off the interstate. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this location needs serious attention. The room felt run down and unclean. The bed comforter had cigarette burns, I saw roaches in the room, and the bathtub was stained/dirty. This property needs a full refresh and better housekeeping standards

I usually don’t leave reviews after a bad experience I just don’t come back but not this time. I couldn’t check in because the rude, unprofessional front desk worker said my reservation number was wrong, even though I was reading it directly from the email they sent me. When I asked what to do, she said, “I don’t know, you figure it out,” and went back to her phone. After about an hour, I finally got checked into Room 319. When the elevator opened on the 3rd floor, it smelled like durian (garbage, onions, sulfur). The room had burnt sheets, dirty towels, and roaches. When I asked for another room or clean sheets, she said it was a smoking room and refused to give me new sheets, so I had to buy my own just to sleep. I left in a rush the next morning and accidentally left two items hidden on
