Positive: The staff is super friendly and helpful. Negative: Not enough towels in the rooms but overall it was a great stay

Was trying a staycation on a budget. Never again, pay the extra money and get a better stay elsewhere. Soooo many issues. Am requesting a refund. Bugs in the room, no hot water, toilet didn’t work, residue from someone last stay, cable didn’t work, stained sheets. Reported issues to front desk and maintenance. After 3 days of tracking down the manager, he was rude. Huge language barrier. He offered me a whole $20 off my stay

The non-smoking room was muggy, hot and the ac blew hot air.||Phone did not work. Bathroom towels had dirty handprints on them, no shampoo. The bedspread had several cigarette holes and the sheets were stained. Room attendant never showed. Strange people walk around property and lurk in the staircases. One man with red eyes approached me offering me drugs..yikes, I was just walking my dog. Police called to property several times, security guard hides in the reception room and looked uncomfortable being there. A guest with 3 intimidating pitbulls left them in his room unattended and they barked vigorously from 9pm to 1:30am. Front desk guy refused to contact the dogs owner and didn't care about the noise disturbance and that guests wanted to sleep. This creepy motel was a horrible choice, H

You absolutely get what you pay for. I got a good night's rest , a little time for television and of course a hot shower in the morning. It may smell a little bit, but this is the only hotel in the area with nice rates and rooms always available. There is security on the premise that takes his job very serious! I will return... the ice makers were down but I wouldn't let that ruin my visit.

I normally don't complain about my hotel stays, however, this was disappointing. Whoever checked me in wasn't too friendly or welcoming. The place smells like urine. The room was way more cramped then it looked in the picture. The light didn't work adjacent to the bathroom. There is no mini fridge to store leftovers or drinks. Me and my sister noticed the pillows looked dingy and even though the tv was nice, the channels were very basic. The shower curtain didn't have a liner and it was too small for the shower so water got all over the floor. I wanted to say something to the front desk but didn't bother because I didn't want an argument or anything. For the price, I expected a little more and I never had the feeling to cut short my stay at any place until now. I couldn't really get comfor
