My stay was average overall — you get what you pay for. It’s fine for a short, budget-friendly stay, but there are definitely maintenance and cosmetic issues that need attention. The bathroom door in my room was very worn and torn and really needs to be replaced. It gave the space a run-down appearance. Underneath the sink, the plumbing and fixtures are fully exposed, which makes the bathroom look unfinished and unappealing. Enclosing the piping would greatly improve the look of the space. Additionally, the hand towel ring in the bathroom was not securely attached to the wall. I was able to pull it off with just a small tug, which is a clear sign it needs to be properly reinstalled. This hotel is terrible. Only stayed because the group I was with had already booked here. Got to the hotel and they denied having vacancies. However, I was literally online in the process of booking a vacant room. I made them aware and the manager then proceeded to speak in another language, which was translated to me as "he said give it to you." FIRST RED FLAG. Stayed in room 320. The whole 3rd floor looked as if it needed to be under reconstruction, missing ceiling tiles, hanging exit signs. The fire alarm in our room beeped all night and they told me they had no one to fix it. Turned on the shower and roaches literally started coming out of a hole in the wall. I have never checked out of a hotel so fast. My kids were ready to GO. We were up by 6am packing to leave. This vis

Positive: The staff is awesome but the crowd and cleanliness need a boost Negative: The back environment gave me chills when I arrived. The general manager, an extremely courteous person, convinced me that my stay would be safe and relaxing. It turned out to be true, and if they keep improving, it will be one of the best places to stay.

The only thing that is good about this hotel is the food spots around it. THE ROOMS ARE DIRTY UPON ARRIVAL, Shower DIRTY, walls DIRTY, couch DIRTY. Place “Non-smoking” but the place smells like straight cigarettes. Cleaning service don’t even do their job, left a note on the door they didn’t bother to come in. Yes dogs are allowed here & they bark all day all night… Toilet is very low clogs easily, Do not book here

The fact that I’ve never had to switch rooms AND ALSO switch hotels based off hotel amenities is beyond me. Not only that. I was told to email a manager who never emailed back when I was trying to keep it mature & professional. NEVER got a response. & all I wanted was a full or half refund since I cut my stay short based off shower not working in 1st room & second room water not getting hot… if anybody stayed in a hotel where a shower did not work, they would leave. I even gave a second chance which led me to moving to another room but water would not heat up. IF YOU WERE IN MY POSITION WOULD YOU WANT A REFUND? I assume the manager doesn’t see it that way. Anyone planning to stay here, choose else where. Courtyard Marriott would be worth your stay, maybe even Doubletree. But not here.. I H
