Brand new hotel that opened in December and you can definitely tell. Everything was super clean, fresh, and in great condition. The room was spotless. The location is really convenient right off the highway, and there’s a lot nearby like restaurants, a shopping area, Dave & Buster’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, and even a Wawa. Didn’t interact with the front desk much, but everyone seemed friendly. Since it’s a new property, just be patient while they get fully settled. Overall a really clean and comfortable stay.

We chose this hotel because of free breakfast and the pool. The pool was closed for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. The breakfast was incomplete all the mornings with the kids disappointed. The staff were okay, but only mildly polite. I would not choose this option again with so many other choices. When I contacted Hilton to speak about our experience I was offered/given 20K 'points'. Those points never arrived after more than a week of waiting. All in all, the business as a whole really left much to be desired. Live and learn!

We had the pleasure to stay here for three nights after they just opened their doors in January 2026. Very convenient location if you are flying in to Baltimore. A short 25 min drive to DC. Friendly and attentive staff and the rooms are super clean and modern… great for a family stay for reasonable rates. We truly enjoyed our stay and this hotel is great in the category it competes in.

I wasn’t able to check into my reservation due to unpleasant front desk receptionist. before I can present my form of payment, she assumed I would be paying with a cash app card or a prepaid debit card. I expressed I Wouldn’t be paying with a prepaid debit card and she continued to have a conversation with another front desk, assistant about the situation which became pretty embarrassing to me due to other guests in the lobby. The reservation was canceled Due to their policy and the card I had on the booking site from my original reservation was still attempted to be charged even though they expressed they couldn’t take a prepaid debit card.

Staff was incredible at check in and the duration of our two day stay. Breakfast was amazing and the beds arenso comfortable. We will definitely be back. Special thank to the GM for taking care of us.
