Customer Reviews
Positive: Nothing best about the hotel. Negative: One of the Worst Hotel Stays – Very DisappointedOverall, this is by far one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. It doesn’t deserve even a 1-star rating.I will never return, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone until major improvements are made.
This was the worse hotel experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t sleep because the person above us was so loud all night. The room was terrible it smelled like weed thru the whole building. When I woke up around 8 something from the little sleep I could get I checked out immediately because it was a roach crawling on the closet door. I couldn’t even wash or brush my teeth. The couch in the room look absolutely disgusting. I will never go to this hotel again. I give it 0 stars. I don’t advise anyone to go to this place. I read the reviews and I like to go off things for myself but I should’ve stuck with what I read.
This was probably the worst hotel ever stayed at. Horrible location and absolutely no maintenance being done. Mold everywhere. The ac/heat was covered in spores mold in shower and other places caulk was used to disguise it. Bed mattresses were broken. Duct tape used to stop sink leak in one room had to use trash can to catch in another. Shower handle was falling off and held by after market screw. Operating took some playing with. Only stayed because it was not refundable and had been traveling all day. Stay here if life safety and or hygiene mean nothing to you. Corporate and or health department need to pay a visit.
I booked a queen bed with a separate pullout couch. The pullout couch was extremely soiled. (No blankets) The tub was damaged, and the sink had a crack in it. But on the good side. The front desk clerk was nice, and professional, also I appreciated the breakfast.
The hotel had a very nasty smell on the first floor. Like strong curry or something that was there the whole visit. The bathroom vent didn’t work and Everytime you take a shower you had to keep the bathroom door open . Which was awful because we had another couple with us . The ice machine on the first floor didn’t work . The breakfast was very bland and basic. Sausage was raw . Need more choices for drinks
