Montgomery B & B

We had a great stay at the Montgomery B&B while visiting Starkville with our 17-year-old son for an MSU campus visit. We stayed in the Windsor Suite, which was perfect for our family, because it has 2 queen Murphy beds and a private bathroom. Any of the other rooms would have worked too but this room was ideal since both me husband and son are tall.||The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. Every room in the house is thoughtfully decorated with gorgeous antiques, giving the entire home so much charm and character.||Check-in was seamless and stress-free thanks to the combination locks, which made arriving easy and convenient.||Lynn, our host, was so friendly and welcoming. This was a beautiful B&B. The rooms were clean and decorative in beautiful furnishings. The bathrooms were clean and the best water pressure I have had, even more so than any hotel. The natural feel and peacefulness of the property makes it a great location to just walk around. Property manager Lynn was a sweetheart and took great care of us. Her breakfast the morning after was made with love. Her homemade bread and jam was delicious. Would have loved to take it both home with me. A lovely place to stay and we will visit again next time we are in the area.

The best choice in accommodation. Rooms were extremely clean, service was excellent and Lynn is a real treasure. Breakfast was unbelievable and she provided choices based on your likes. Highly recommend this location.

This beautiful spacious 5 bedroom home had wonderful kitchen and dining facilities with well appointed period-correct furnishings. Miss Lynn was so gracious and made it a perfect weekend for all our family who were attending a MSU commissioning. The food served was AMAZING and the atmosphere inside and out SO relaxing. We can't wait to come back!

What a beautiful historical treasure! This was our first time visiting Starkville, MS and we weren’t disappointed in large part thanks to this glorious B&B and especially the Innkeeper, Lynn. ||We booked a last minute trip to visit family attending MSU and had conducted limited research on the area & hotels.
