La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Starkville at MSU

The location was easy to find and the property looked nice. Makenzie was so nice and extremely helpful. The rooms were very nice, clean & comfy. The rest of the staff we encountered at breakfast, interior cleaning & checkout were very helpful and friendly. Overall our stay was Great!!!⭐️

Every single staff person I came in contact with was wonderful. When I checked in Thursday night, McKenzie and Sydney were so very helpful and sweet(and didn't complain when I asked to borrow their scissors multiple times). Carol, the assistant manager was also very helpful in getting my reservations. Carlyn at the front desk was quite helpful. And Marcus was so sweet about printing out nine different folios for me when we checked out. I also can't say enough wonderful things about Vetsone in the kitchen. She came in early to make sure the 22 teenagers we were traveling with got breakfast before the theater competition at MSU. They also provided parking for our school bus and large U-Haul.||The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the location was perfect.

Positive: The staff was extremely helpful of House Keeping was absolutely the best. She allowed us to check in a little earlier after coming from a funeral. We needed to change clothes for a family gathering and she accommodated us with a smile. Negative: ""

It’s the second time for me staying at this hotel for five nights while my DIL takes classes for her job and I take care of my grandson. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years and the staff here at LaQuinta are by far phenomenal. I noticed one staff member drive a customer’s car under the portico for them due to the rain. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and all the staff are friendly and helpful.

Laquinta Inn Starkville always goes above and beyond to ensure that we are taken care of! We came to the MSU Choral Colloquium Workshop annually and stay there because of this! They are genuine, hospitable, and considerate of all their guests. They even remember some guests by name! Good, hot breakfast, clean rooms, and a warm smile from everyone you meet. Shout out to Ms. Carol and the amazing Ms. Stella who always makes sure our rooms are in tip top shape and we all are comfortable. I'd also like to thank McKenzie at the front for her help today.
