I stayed at the Mondrian Hotel for a full month, and it genuinely came to feel like home. From the very beginning, the front desk team created a welcoming, seamless experience. Bonnie was exceptional, her professionalism and warmth made a lasting impression and truly set the tone for my stay. Isabella, Angle, and Kyle were also consistently kind, attentive, and supportive, always ensuring everything ran smoothly. The valet team played a major role in making a longer stay feel effortless. When we arrived Bonnie & Jason greeted us at the front desk. Bonnie checked us in and very friendly. Since it was our first stay, Jaosn offered to give us a tour. He showed us the restaurant and the Skybar. Everything was done up for the holidays! He introduced us to the lady in the gift shop (she was very nice). He showed us his desk and showed us how to use the elevator. The room had a fantastic view and was spacious. The hotel is very active on the weekends but pretty chill during the week. We go toHollywood on a pretty regular basis and like to sample different hotels. We will definitely stay here again. When we left we felt like we made some new friends with some of the staff - especially Jason, we bothered him the most and he was patient and fun. Note: I would suggest this might not

Nice place to stay. Very clean, great bed and a good atmosphere. As others have said, this is more of a party hotel so I could hear music even staying on the top floor. It was easily covered by a white noise machine (I always bring one when staying in a hotel). Another consideration is that the walls are very thin. I could hear my neighbors alarm clear as day and I’m sure they heard mine. Thankfully neither of us were loud but something you may want to consider. Staff and valet were also friendly and nice.

Jason Vance is the best concierge. SO attentive and incredibly thoughtful. My husband and I flew in from east coast to visit our son. HE took a special interest to understand us and made everything effortless and added a special touch to our stay. He is best in class and very kind
