I booked a stay at this location in mid-September, 2025. I booked via bringfido.com and they do permit pets, but there is nothing about the property that particularly caters to animals. There are no staff at the property itself, so how they would have assessed the optional $25 per pet, per night fee is unclear to me). This wasn't really an issue in the end, because I decided not to take my pet with me. After booking with bringfido.com, I had to complete a second registration using their own system (and was made to answer a convoluted set of questions using a very clunky software system, provide a copy of my ID and was then required to pay an extra $100 security deposit). I was suppose to recover from my surgery at this location, however 2 weeks before my surgery I’m told of a nursing strike. So the hospital cancels, I could not get my $1134 back. Management is awful, stay away from this place.

While this apartment/house arrangement appeared to be an excellent solution to staying in the San Francisco area at a reasonable price, it turned out to be an unholy DISASTER!!! No heat until I replaced the small portable device with a similar one that actually worked which I purchased in Target, several miles away late on the second night I was there. The absentee management, never on site to respond to any problems or issues, only mentioned on my third night that there was actually a thermostat in the hall. Of course, it was set at 50 degrees and only would allow me to raise the heat one night at a time so that I had to check it each evening and re-set it. The absentee management were of no help in any of these problems, AT ALL. Never, ever stay there.
