Customer Reviews
I’ve lived in this building for over a year and couldn’t speak more highly of it. The staff is incredibly kind, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the front desk team is consistently warm and welcoming. The building is always clean and well maintained, and the amenities are excellent. They also host great resident events throughout the year. My apartment is a good size and modern. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here.
I was living at Millennium on LaSalle for 8 months since July’24 till March’25 and it was my first time living in Chicago downtown and I can definitely recommend it for long-term renting. It has all you need for a modern lifestyle: gym, basketball area, outdoor pool, barbecue zone, firepits and sofas are on the 14th floor, and the basement contains poker room, pool table, meeting room, sofas, slot machines and lots of places for remote work or studies. The location is great - it’s right in the middle of the Loop, but you don’t hear the subway and it’s not that noisy as I expected it to be due to the fact that my unit was in the alley and the street sounds didn’t bother me that much. It’s just 5 minutes away from Target and T.J.Maxx, Walgreens, Starbucks and 7-Eleven are just around the cor
We had a wonderful stay at the apartment on the 12th floor. The whole place was super clean and classy. The room had nice appliances and everything was very updated and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helpful, the building felt safe, and the location was perfect for a weekend in downtown Chicago. We’ll definitely be coming back!
I've lived at Millennium on Lasalle for the past 3 months and have enjoyed every second. This building is a steal for the location and finishes in the units. The building staff are very friendly and are always organizing events for residents. The amenity spaces are some of the best compared to other buildings I've lived in (rooftop pool, basketball court, gym, movie theater etc) Target is less than a 10 minute walk for groceries and there are several shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to live in the Loop!
Everything from the application process to actual move in was extremely pleasant and comfortable. The property managers make sure every aspect of the building is a premium experience. I’m really happy I chose this place.
