Customer Reviews
I am genuinely having a hard time finding any sort of complaint about this hotel. Pricing is very transparent at every step of the transaction. Things are confusing to find anywhere in a large city, so the location remains 5 stars because the parking garage for the hotel is the one that’s most accessible to any of the major shopping centers. Those are all within walking distance. Keep in mind, this is a stunning historical hotel. The rooms are charmingly dated, and they’re very clean. My partner and I arrived travel weary with running noses, and we were greeted by an incredible woman, whose name I’m kicking myself for not getting. She happily grabbed a box of tissues, and proceeded to treat us with one the best energies I’ve experienced in hospitality. She was stunning, kind, and silly. Th
--BE AWARE-- They charge $25 per night outside your nightly rate. They DON'T have luggage carts unless you pay the valet $90/day. Plenty of other hotels with better parking options and less nickel and diming characteristics. Rooms are small and windows are dirty so can't see outside.
Positive: It was very good and everything worked as it should. Room was clean and bathroom were great. Negative: I didn’t appreciate the resort fee leads me to believe they mislead people with a price and then charged $30 for just being downtown. If I know they would have charged that then I could have gotten a better hotel for $---
I love the hotel. The atmosphere was beautiful, checking into the hotel was fast and easy, The room was OK a little small, but it was fair for me and my Fiancé, It was clean that was the most important part. The only issue that I have is the cable service. I wasn’t able to watch anything. I actually had to link my YouTube account to be able to watch the TV.
The hotel is in a great location. It’s a very beautiful hotel and kept very well. The staff is very friendly and polite. Our room was nice and clean. Loved the shower as it had a rainfall option. When we arrived we couldn’t find the remote and we let someone know and maintenance immediately showed up and programmed a new remote.
