Milford Inn

Beware roaches!! Booked a room for 6 nights but left after 1 hour. Our first room had a greasy floor, items left from previous occupant and stained sheets. Staff was helpful and got us into a different room where there was a live cockroach in the bathroom. Took a video and showed it to front desk who didn't seem surprised. We left and had to find new accomodations for the week at 2 AM that added more than $300 to our trip. Stay away!

One of the worst hotels I've ever been in. Bonus star just for the good front-desk guy, who did seem concerned about the problems and managed to find us a new room, which was equally dirty and missing important basic features (where are the privacy curtains so you can get some sunlight without everyone in the parking lot seeing your every move?)... but at least the new room, immediately in front of the lobby elevator on the ground floor, had a working landline for emergencies and didn't have its room door PROPPED WIDE OPEN when we first came up to it. Oh and the pillows are half-size. Wild stuff. Do not go here. Oct 2025

This used to be a Best Western but the past year or so it was a shelter for illegal immigrants. I live nearby and it looks like they didn't renovate anything after the shelter was closed and the immigrants were moved out. So beware!

Out of all the hotels, I’ve stated in my life this was the worst. Subpar rooms, not very clean, 12 x 12“ pillows, damage to the walls and furniture, sticky bathroom, linens stained, exterior doors, not locked, and felt I was staying in an abused college dorm. The hotel was used as a shelter. It clearly shows. Be aware if you book here, if you shorten your stay, it is nonrefundable. They also lied to Orbitz when I tried to get a refund on canceling two days of my stay. they stated I dropped the keys and left when clearly I spoke with somebody and got a receipt. Another guest I spoke with was given a room with no running water broken TV a broken air conditioner. He had quite the time in trying to get relocated to a better room.

We're down for my High school reunion couldn't find a better place to spend our night than the Milford Inn. I give them 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because of the customer service and them employees were just top notch. From front desk to the food service and the housekeeping were fabulous and very friendly. We we plan our next visit to Massachusetts to visit friends and family we'll definitely be staying at the Milford Inn. Thank you everyone for making our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. 🤗
