Holiday Inn Express Boston-Milford by IHG

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently. When we entered our room I was surprised to see a perfectly clean and tidy room. It was small but lacked nothing. There was a decent sized refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom was spotless as was the rest of the room. My husband and I both slept through the night on a very comfortable bed. The staff was also a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely go back!!

We had a really pleasant stay overall. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus after a long day, and the common areas felt welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience feel relaxed and stress-free. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this motel is. Even while they're undergoing renovations, everything was neat, clean and nicely decorated. My bed was heavenly. The pillows.... ahhhhhhhh. Nice arrangement, comfortable, and very clean. Nice soap, shampoo etc. The picture is a chaise that was surprisingly comfortable! I'd return over and over.

Needed a place to stay for an early morning funeral the next day. The location just off the highway was very convenient. ||Our room was large & clean. Appeared to be completely remodeled. TV had wonderful clarity & our bed was very comfortable with a Nice selection of pillows. Big Shower Stall, well lit.||The morning breakfast buffet had a nice selection of Hot & Cold food. Cheese omelettes, Bacon, Biscuits & Gravy, make your own Pancakes, cereals, yogurt, bagels, English muffins & pastries. A very nice lady kept everything filled & fresh. The coffee was very good! ||The Hotel Staff were pleasant & efficient. |Shahzaib Kahn was very helpful , making sure I had a room that wouldn’t impact my allergies & even signed me up for the rewards program.||We would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed here and overall, it was a disappointing experience compared to other Holiday Inn properties I’ve stayed at. First, the check-in process took forever. The front desk staff asked for the names of everyone in my party, which I’ve never been asked for before at any other Holiday Inn — it honestly felt weird and intrusive. On top of that, they took my credit card and ID into a back room and disappeared for a while instead of processing it right at the desk, which didn’t feel very secure or professional. Parking was horrendous. It felt like the hotel was oversold because there were virtually no spaces anywhere, even late at night.
