Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Boston Milford

Front desk employees were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine and typical. The room was fine, sort of old. The hotel seems overdue for a renovation. It was clean but everything seemed old. Beds were not comfortable. This was convenient after a trip to Gillette Stadium.

Well, I think they tried to be good? Idk, but I ended up with several inconveniences, got double charged, had to fix it myself, and found proof that they haven't cleaned the room thoroughly in 8 years. MAKING THE RESERVATION: I was given the phone number and email for Hardik, the GM, and I was told to make a group rate reservation. I called because im straight-forward, but apparently it was a personal line, and I bothered the poor guy while he was getting his kids. Embarrassed and apologetically, I went the email route to reach out. He asks for info to make the res, and we can connect for payment the next day. I reach out the next day, give my CC info. The hotel was DISGUSTING hallways smelled like weed constantly which it seemed like they attempted to cover with multiple deodorizers around the hotel making the smell worse. When we decided to report the smell we had to wait 20 MINUTES for a man to finally come to the front desk. Once we told him he stated “well I must have a better nose at you” We received these type of snotty comments from employees the entire weekend and we had only stayed 2 DAYS. During our experience employees had been rude and cocky. We had been staying for a hockey tournament with the entire team in the hotel and NOBODY ELSE. Absolutely horrible. I paid for one night upon seeing the room I decided to go down and pay for a second night when I received my receipt email it only showed one night so first thing this morning I went down to check on that I don't understand what's going on apparently I just paid for that second night again and still can't get proof of it so now I'm having an anxiety attack about going somewhere and leaving my stuff behind and not being able to get back in and nobody seems to give a shit. Worst experience ever and definitely the last time I will ever stay here
