Milan Aventura hotel

My SO and I stayed at the hotel for five days. The suite was well equipped with a kitchen, utensils and washer/ dryer in the unit. It was very clean, spacious and bright. We liked that the suite had a desk/chair, dining room/chairs and we loved the modular sofas. However, we find that the bed was too soft for our comfort even with a mattress topper. The hotel is convenient to all your shopping needs. The Publix supermarket and many food cafes are right across Biscayne Boulevard. Also, the famous Aventura mall is in walking distance or a short car ride away. You can access the beaches in a twenty minutes car ride. Parking was free and never an issue to park. We arrived at the hotel after 14 hours of travel and a $100 Uber drive to be told that our room was not available due to a broken window. A young man from the hotel texted us to a wrong phone number and did not bother to Email us when the text was not confirmed. We exchanged 2 Emails with the hotel at the time of booking. Very disappointing that the hotel didn’t get in touch with us to let us know that we need to book a different hotel!!! We were told that night to go to a nearby hotel and that they will take care to have a similar price for the room. The receptionist at that hotel had not heard from Milan Aventura Hotel. They had rooms available but the price was triple compared to Milan Aventura. |The customer service at Milan Aventura is very poor! What a nightmare!

I loved this hotel! I was a little nervous to stay alone but it was super secure. The room was spacious and had everything you could think of. The owner was super kind and attentive. Will definitely be back for more business trips.

This is a hidden gem! While the location isn't the most favorable, the hotel itself met our expectations. Our room was clean, contemporary designs adorned the room, and we were centrally located to many options. Overall, this was a great find.

The host was available immediately upon arrival. The hotel is brand new and beautifully decorated and very secure! The parking is free and the parking lot is well lit. The hotel is in a great area and close to shopping for all your needs. The suite was gorgeous with a nice porch off the living area. The suite was beautifully decorated,spotlessly clean and had everything you would need for any length of stay. The bed was very comfortable and we were extremly happy with our stay. We will absolutely stay here again.
