Middle Fork Lodge

Ratings are from years ago so hopefully this helps someone out. It is no longer a hotel and does not do rafting. If anyone draws a 27-1 in Idaho, Max and Ace were everything you could want. Very expensive but still a very good value. I would trust and recommend them guiding for anything in 27. Y'all still get 5 stars and I know youre busy this time of year but send me my pack out/horse pictures, Ace!

My husband & I came here for a Mountain Lion hunt January 2015. It has been an AMAZING experience for both of us! The facility is top rate, the staff friendly, professional & skilled in many facets of the whole setup. The lodging was comfortable, clean, & set in some of the most beautiful country in Idaho, or ANYWHERE else for that matter! The food was great - healthy & varied. The horses are INCREDIBLE! They are rugged, strong & SAFE! Can't rate this place any better, but I would! Highly recommend to anyone who would like a safe, incredibly beautiful wilderness experience! Thank you staff at the Lodge for a marvelous time!

We were here in July of 2013 and I am still thinking about what a wonderful time we had. McCall Mountain Canyon Flying based their backcoutry seminar from this location and it was just perfect. The were lots of good backcountry strips near by for the instructors and those of us who weren't flying had lots to do, too. There was horseback riding, hiking, the natural hot springs on the premise and photographic opportunities at every turn. If you're into fishing, the river was so close we could hear it and it would have been great for fishing. The staff was also a big part of what made it such a great experience. They have some of the most wonderful cooks! They're just delighted to prepare wonderful meals and have people enjoy them. My husband has a fondness for milk and they made sure
