Customer Reviews
I am a fan of the staff at Waters Edge RV Resort. When we left and arrived our next destination, we couldn't find our adapter plug for the electrical cord and Kerry (I believe was her name) was incredible kind and went to check our site for us. On top of that, she went above and beyond by asking nearby neighbors as well before calling back. As for during our stay, we enjoyed how dark it can get at night and how quiet it was. Given that it was by the water, there were more bugs so if you're going and plan to hang out outside, make sure to bring something to keep the mosquitoes away. The team was diligent with cleaning the bathrooms and I loved also how we got cinnamon rolls Saturday morning. We look forward to returning in the future!
This park is a gem on the bank of the Payette River and 1/2 mile from Lake Cascade.||As an avid fisherman I enjoyed fishing the Payette River and nearby Lake Cascade via my belly boat. Lots of perch some bas and a few trout. ||This place is a bit older but still a great resort experience with a nice sand swim beach, volleyball, horseshoes, corn hole, horseshoes and nearby trails. While my kids are grown and no longer vacations with us I can tell you the kids that were there were simply having a blast at the beach and on a large, anchored float every afternoon||The volleyball and other games were hits with the teens and the easy access to Lake Cascade and the State Park trails made this a great spot. ||The park roads had some tight turns, but the RV spaces were adequate. The utilities were
I'm torn on this review. for the price, this RV park is pretty average. sites are clean and there's a good amount of trees for shade. The sites are really close to each other. My sites water spigot leaked pretty bad. ended up filling the fresh water and used the pump. My major complaint is that there was no enforcement on the quiet hours. The group that was tent camping at the tent sites were playing their music and and just being very loud in general. way too late in the night. But with all this said i probably will come back, but in the off season.
Great location right on the rivers edge in Cascade, Idaho RV Park has all the amenities, but they are older however they’re very well maintained
Nice RV campground, calling it a resort might be a little bit of a stretch, though. The sites are well maintained, many have grass. Some are gravel only, probably because the grass has died. Lots of mature trees, most sites have a reasonable amount of shade. The bathroom / shower facilities are nice, and well maintained. The campground is on the edge of the payette River, and has a really nice beach inlet with paddle boards and kayaks that you can borrow to paddle around. The town is about half a mile away, very walkable, and there's a really nice Riverside walk that is also well maintained. All in all, the nice vacation spot!
