Arrowhead Mountain Village

I’m writing this to add some detail. We went with our gut and gave this place a shot. First we stayed in a cabin. The description didn’t give us enough detail to pack accordingly. The cabin contains 3 beds with linens, a table with 4 chairs, a microwave and a small mini fridge. Everything was clean and nice. No a/c but a large fan that worked well. What we needed to bring. Camp chairs to sit along side the river, a camp stove if we were planning to cook (we had prepared food). Towels I can’t stress this enough. And finally our camp broom/dust pan for cleaning up sand. Overall this was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay again but with the few items we didn’t have.

A fun place to stay camping near the river. Yurts and small cabins just a fun place. Fishing nearby activatives just a great place for your whole family

What a lovely place and lovely staff. Much warm history here. The location is perfect for walking, whether it is for you, the kids, the pets. The Payette River runs through the property, there are nature trails, and a big draw is the adjacent city park and bike trail walking trail that goes for a few miles. While the spaces are a bit close, they are shaded; the facilites are exceptionally clean, and there are countless activities offered. Highly recommended.

Lots to do. Quiet and friendly. Love that the river is right here. However I did not like that they let the grass die. My pup got dried stuff in bedded in her paws. Had to take to the vet when I returned. Puncture in between her paws. We will not return again.

They won't rent to older RVs regardless of condition. Had a clean, restored rig denied strictly on the basis of age after being strung along for 3 days. Would have been nice to know that before wasting my time.
