Customer Reviews
Stayed here on our road trip back home- booked for 2 nights at a really good rate and for the fact that it had "breakfast" . Limited choices and if not there early- they don't refill. Check-in and check-out was extremely smooth- the employees were all very nice and helpful. The rooms are definitely dated and with very limited outlets- ie no outlets on both sides of the bed nor anywhere near the pull-out couch which I found strange. The hallway reeked of weed but luckily our room did not. The bathroom was clean but towels were VERY small
We really enjoyed our stay. The front desk clerk Autumn was very nice and a tremendous help. She made sure I was able to get a bottom room close to a door with wheelchair access. She went out of her way to help me call local services for assistance due to our water pipes busting and our home flooding.. The room was clean and has the most comfortable bed I have had during any of our past hotel stays. Thank you so much Autum for your kind heart. May God bless you.
Positive: "" Negative: They are aware that they have an active mold problem in the carpets of nearly all the rooms; not only was it incredibly musty and smelled of mildew, mold was even growing on the backs of one of the doors. The rooms were not very clean in general.
This is a really nice hotel with a fantastic view of the mountains. It's kinda away from the highway so it's not too busy. The hot water takes a while to warm up but the water pressure is good. The beds are comfortable and I haven't seen any bugs at all. This would be a great place to visit when the leaves are changing.
I have to say location to things is great. Customer service is okay. Rooms need to be updated and cleaned completely as we had to move rooms with a baby. First room bugs in windows area, dirt around bed area, and musty smelling in room, no working refrigerator. Second room, smelt like cigarette smoke, also the musty smell, and on top of it our second night started smelling like something was on fire and looked out window to smoke from fire pit area pulling into our room. Very concerning with our little baby and if she wakes up sick smelling it. The only advice front desk advised was move rooms however get this 900pm and our baby is asleep. I asked the curfew and they said we'll 10pm. This place needs to be considerate of families and locations of stuff and if its happening maybe that curf
