Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh

Stayed here the night we flew in as my husband booked it initially was close to airport. The room was outdated and was missing a handle on the dresser but it was clean enough. Although the people were super nice at says has a hot breakfast but did not. Juice and water machine was out of order and the coffee was lacking. No in room coffee maker. They had apples, plain bagels and full sugar yogurt only. Also its a park and pay. We had to park up on a curb in the grass bc there was no where to park. Worried all night it would be towed. Personally as a women I didnt feel safe there a d wouldn't stay alone.

Where do I start this is the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at ! Down to the customer service , Horrible Location, people arguing in the hallways/outside , bad smells , nothing in the rooms worked ( not even the toilet ) , and roaches , and breakfast “included” is nothing but a waffle maker. Me and my husband requested new sheets cause of a piece of chocolate got on the sheets and we’re told we wouldn’t get our deposit back if we received new sheets which was weird .Microwave in room did not work and where told we couldn’t use the one in the lobby until breakfast hours, Toilet barley flushed , remote to tv didn’t work and fridge did not get cold ,and a couple of roaches where waiting to greet us in the bathroom , when we requested a new a new room with in minutes of checking in we where den

Positive: The Host Negative: I was charged twice for the $50.00 phone deposit when I shouldn't have been charged at all. I reported this to my bank and filed a fraudulent transaction report. I also spoke with the front desk host at the property and he wired the $50.00 to my acct.

Very rude hotel staff. We paid for 2 nights and our cards deactivated on us on night 1 leaving us locked out of the whole hotel and hotel room. Nobody up front when we were knocking because we couldn't get inside with the card so we had to come in by asking someone outside to use theirs. When we got inside I asked Housekeeping where the front desk staff were and she proceeded to look for him for 2-3 mins to no avail. When he finally came to the front desk I asked him where he was and said it was very inconvenient to that we paid for 2 nights and our cards deactivated on night 1 to which he started yelling at me, most of which I couldn't understand due to his accent.|He threatened to remove us from our room and attempted to reprimand me. Check in was simple the front desk person was okay the rooms were clean and not dated close to the airport. The bathrooms were a nice size and very clean the only noise was when the planes were landing and departing it was very nice forgot to get pictures but it is better than the one in Hillsborough hands down the rooms smell clean
