Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kannapolis/Concord

This place was great actually! On the outside it's a bit alarming but once inside the room, I was pleased. For the price 😁 it was wonderful 😊 If I had to go back tonight, I would choose Microtel!

Front desk staff was rude. Beds only get 3 pillows and could not get another when asked. The bed is hard and only had a thin blanket sandwiched between 2 sheets. 4 thin towels in the room when we asked the desk for more they said no. Hole in the bathroom wall. Room was 78 degrees when we got there and took several hours to cool down. Breakfast consisted of of toast ceral and yoogurt. Overall would not recommend.

Dirty, room not cleaned old food from previous guests. Rooms missing items and the property does not have extras. 1 towel for a double room. Waste of money and points. Entire hotel smelled of stale cigarettes and weed. Tons of noise all night

Positive: Staff was lovely. Nothing bad to say there.. Negative: The beds were as hard as rocks My bathtub was dirty it look like it hadn't been given a good scrub in a while.

Nasty hotel. Initially provided room 104 on 11/14. The room was disgusting. Make up smeared on the pillow case, hair all in the bed and soap all over the tub. Told the front desk. She didn't seem very surprised and offered our family a different room. This room was cleaner but had severe maintenance issues. Room 211 in the bathroom behind the door has the ceiling falling off. This was our second year staying here and it will be our final. Terrible. Requested a refund and of course was denied by customer service, instead they emailed my wife some generic crap that they've already addressed it with hotel staff. We find this VERY hard to believe when she wrote them around 2pm today, got an email only a few hours later.
