Update/Reply: The EV charging adapters were not the issue. We have the adapters. It’s the process to fenagle and prompted to set up additional user accounts in order to plug in and charge. Your location was the only one on our trip where this issue took place. 2 in OH, 1 in GA that are IHG locations we had no issue. …… Hotel advertises EV charging. Upon arrival, they’re not compatible for our Tesla. Had this been better communicated, we would not have chosen this hotel. Husband had to drive 15 mins away to the nearest EV charging. Room is dated. We upgraded for a larger room, and the beds are dated and not comfortable. After a 10 hour drive, and spending extra for IHGs better room selection, I expected better quality. This review is long overdue ~ have happily stayed here several times this year. Everyone on staff has been welcoming & accommodating but special kudos to Erica. Covered portico & automatic front doors. Housekeeping does an outstanding job & rooms are spacious & spotless. Fridge/micro & in-room Keurig. Sparkling bathroom w/generous supply of bright white towels. Comfortable beds with nice linens & fat, fluffy pillows. Free wifi w/ample signal & easily accessible outlets for charging devices. HVAC quickly cooled room down to 68, my favorite sleeping temperature. If stairs are an issue they have an elevator. Well tended standard continental. First time business brought me to this area, I opted to save a few dollars & stayed at another hotel but didn't notice until checking out the f

My daughter and I stayed here when she had a dance competition in Kannapolis. It was such a pleasant stay. Everything was very clean.....bathrooms, floors, beds, lobby, etc. It even smelled clean. We had a terrible experience at a different hotel in the area last year, so we were so relieved to have an amazing experience this time. The beds were very comfortable (maybe a little squeaky, but that wasn't too bad) and the shower was relaxing. We would stay here again and have already recommended to our dance group.

This location is a great getaway in Kannapolis when you are visiting family or traveling through the state, just as my wife and I did. We enjoyed our stay here and would certainly think about staying here again on our next visit.

Really clean but being disabled room was a little tight for a wheelchair. Bathroom was clean, shower had adequate room. A staff member even bought up a shower chair was really considerate. Breakfast was nice and hot. Dining area was clean and sufficient seating. Would stay again.
