InTown Suites Extended Stay Kannapolis NC

Positive: Desk clerk/manager, was/were professional , respectful, and detailed in hotel stay policies. Recommend this hotel? Yes, because of respectful service. Negative: 7 day stay only 2 wash cloths, 2 bath towels, no hand towels , 1 roll toilet paper, no kleenex, sheets to be washed by me if needed.

Our room was clean and we had no problems at all. Tv''s in each room and a nice sitting area adjoining the kitchen area. We only stayed one night but saw nothing "dangerous" or sketchy about the area or the people like one earlier review posted. Clerk was very courteous and we had no problems with anyone. Is this a luxury hotel , no but it was fine for what we needed a place to rest and it was very convenient.

I'm a family member of a guest who is currently staying at Intown. I hope this is helpful for someone else whose family is struggling and is looking for a property to live in for the time being. Please choose another property; this one is filled with drug users and roaches. The whole staff is rude! Let's start with the maintenance workers. I believe one of them lives on the property. I have watched him allow his dog to aggressively bark at guests plenty of times, and he doesn't try to stop it. I felt so bad for the young girl last night who was visibly upset, and he just stood there allowing it to continue. The dog kept getting louder, and you could see that the dog was trying to come towards her, like he was picking on her. By the time I tried to record it, she had gathered her bags and

Tay was amazing, when I went in to inquire about the rooms he showed me the traditional and the premium. I made my reservation. I went back the next day to check in, Janet was amazing and very friendly. I haven't had any issues I am satisfied with the place for the little bit of time that I will be there.

It was is quiet and was a great location for me to get to work. Unfortunately I had to clean my room throughly. The bathroom was not cleaned. The dresser draws where black inside. After, I brought cleaning supplies and re-cleaned the room I had no other complaints.
