Customer Reviews
Budget motel, with the least offered that could pass for a continental breakfast, but the maids made it work. Always had super clean sheets & towels, well made beds, vacuumed carpets, kind and thoughtful. Not their fault the facility showed its age. However, the a/c always blew cold air on the sweltering summer days and the unit wasn't too loud. 5 stars for the ac & maid service. 2 or 3 for the rest.
The hotel is a good cheap option, but is cheap for a reason. The service was great and the check-in and check-out process was simple, but I found 2 roaches in the span of 1 night. The first was a baby roach in the room, and the other was dead in the hallway from the time we checked in to when we checked out. It seemed like the building is not well-maintained, as the hallways had an odd smell, shower was leaking, and the elevators were not working. The location is nice since it's right across from the Space Center, though. Overall, it was a cheap, easy stay and the room itself was fine.
Cleanliness was our main concern and it looked quite clean. The shower was immaculate, the Linens were crisp and white. I love the backlighting on the bathroom mirror. There was some noise from the room next-door, but it was just laughter. The desk clerks were helpful and pleasant. We felt very safe. Parking lot is well lit. On the downside, theTV remote needed new batteries and the toilet ran off and on all night. I should have reported those things at the desk and didn’t. We did see a couple of very small cockroaches on the bathroom floor in the night. Otherwise, for the price, it was a wonderful value. We would stay here again.
the employees were extremely unenthused about everything, & one ignored us at the front desk when we were trying to check out (we rang the bell twice before he heavily sighed & appeared from around the corner) the rooms were outdated & dingy. there were massive stains on the top cover of the bed that looked like they tried to bleach them out to no avail, but at that point just throw the thing out wow. the AC unit was louder than a jet engine. every metal object in the room was rusty. the shower curtain rod was barely hanging on & was also swung downwards (curved rod) so the curtain only hung in the very middle of the rod no matter what. also the elevator sounded like a death trap. we skipped eating the breakfast & opted to go down the street to a way cleaner McDonald's. we only stayed
Positive: Housekeeping did an amazing job Negative: Roaches, Mold, Mildew, discolored linens, damaged toilet seat, poor water pressure, weak refrigerator, no iron, laundry machine broken, breakfast is less than continental
