Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Greensboro

This Hotel, overall is OK, Location is Fantastic, surrounding got restaurant , pharmacy and convenient store, all within short working distance, the room window not clean, during cleaning nee more suction the dust, under bed a lot of rubbish, the cleaner need to remove the bed and do cleaning, not just chang the mattress, bottom also need to clean, i found this because my heard phone drop to the floor then accidently saw this, need to improve. the breakfast is good, especially mii burger is tastily.for me , this good hotel for stay, those need convenience for surrounding restaurant, it can be your first choice

I'm actually staying at microtel tonight and the moment I checked in i was greeted with a smile from the awesome blonde lady behind the desk. After a hard day's work it's absolutely the kind greeting that makes your day...keep up the good work. It definitely doesn't go unnoticed

This place is a dump. I say that having low expectations going in, figuring how bad can it be for $80/night? All I can say is spend the extra $40 and stay at another hotel. The first room had “hair” in the tub…like someone did their own razor Brazilian in there. The second had duct tape covering holes in the tub floor and the sheets were dirty. The shower control was detached from the wall though did work. The highlight was the staff was just incredible and they tried hard to be very accommodating. The night person, pleading that she was the only person there and couldn’t leave the front desk stopped short of changing the dirty sheets out. She gave me sheets and towels so I had to change my own sheets. How this is in the Wyndham properties, albeit a budget brand, I have no idea. It’s ba

I rented a room for 3 homeless people and they placed a card in their name to cover costs of damages if they incurred. Damages to the room did happen that night and I was the one placed on the due not return list. All I did was pay for the room. I stayed in a separate room and played no part of what happened that night. I’m being punished for trying to do something nice for those less fortunate.

This is an awesome hotel in this price range. I always get friendly service, feel safe and although the hotel is a little dated, it is well maintained and clean. I’ve stayed at others in this price and encounter bugs. This hotel does an excellent job at spraying to keep bugs out.
