Superb location just off the I35 in Buda. Definitely the best hotel in the area. The rooms are super clean, well serviced and value for money. Excellent buffet breakfast each morning. The real star of the show is the staff. They are so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was any trouble. Big shout out to Nate and Kris who went above and beyond when I had an issue with my room key. I cannot recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and unfortunately my experience was far below expectations. The room was poorly maintained: two of the four USB outlets were not working, the wall light behind the bed did not function, the shower valve plate was loose, and the wall near the desk was scratched and damaged by the chair. Housekeeping did not service the bed daily.||||Breakfast service was also disappointing. On Sunday, the selection consisted only of plain eggs and white bread—no bagels, wheat bread, English muffins, fruit, yogurt, or other standard items. The juice came from a machine of very low quality, and everything was served on paper plates. On Monday, the situation worsened: no eggs were offered, the juice machine was shut down, and staff responded rudely when I inquired. At one poin

The room was great until we had no hot water to take a shower. I got with Nate at the front desk & he checked the hot water heaters & 1 was tripped & he would reset it & it would keep tripping. Nate was quick to continuously check the water heaters & they wouldn't stay on. He contact the manager & was told he would come & see what going on. I got with Nate when we got back @ 11pm & he was told a plumber was coming, I asked him if he can switch us to a different room that hot water & he was quick to assist us...I stay at the hotel quite offten & Nate is always a pleasure to deal with &very friendly.

I’m not sure why so many lesser than reviews. My daughter and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway to cover a class nearby that started at 7am. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room had a nasty smell (animas staying in the room next to us and we could smell them). the staff immediately remedied the situation. Breakfast was hot and ready on time each day. Great location with plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. No issues! Would go again.

Positive: Check-in/out was easy. WiFi worked well. Negative: I requested a room with a microwave and it was missing from the room. The hair dryer was broken and the room had an odd odor. The breakfast was cold eggs, bread, cereals and coffee, probably one of the worst selections I've seen.
