Best Western Plus Buda Austin Inn & Suites

Good location, front desk staff is ok. Lady attending breakfast was the sweetest. Breakfast selection is decent and the coffee is good. The wifi was a little unsteady but overall good. I was able to work with it. The bed was really firm so that’s a con for me but the kitchenette was very convenient and had the basic tools. No can opener but overall ok. Housekeeping was super nice and attentive.

I need hotels in this area fairly frequently like 1-2 a month.. this is my favorite hotel il ||It's cheap, clean, staff is great. There is only one thing I don't like about the rooms here and that is in some rooms the toilet is extra low but at this price range that's nothing compared to the value. ||Yes, some of the furniture might be old and have a few minor scuffs but it doesn't take away from the experience. I usually don't eat breakfast here so I can't comment on that

I stayed here because the reviews of most of the other reasonably priced places offering accommodations in the area from the south side of Austin to Buda mentioned various bugs in the rooms or vandalism to vehicles. I couldn't have been happier with my stay and may change my hotel preference to Best Western for future stays. I rated location a bit lower, because it was a bit of a drive to a decent restaurant. I do however recommend Taste on Main. The breakfast was good with lots of hot and cold options and decent coffee.

Positive: The staff was helpful, the breakfast was good, and the location of the hotel to downtown was close. Negative: It was kind of noisy at night because our room was close to the lobby.

Great place to stay. With exceptional customer service from beginning to end. A pool where you can relax, meeting room where you can do some catching up before you play. Breakfast area fully stocked, clean, accessible, fresh and good to eat. Rooms are very clean bedding, comfortable. So comfortable, we both slept very well.Our first night away from home. Outside restaurants close by. Also to get a fresh cup of coffee, either inside the hotel or a Starbucks that was close by. Interstate quick and accessible from location. Very peaceful, stay. Thank you for a very pleasant experience, I will recommend to friends and this will be a point of choice.
