Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Auburn

I am a disabled senior citizen (missionary 🙏) on a very fixed income. The first time I stayed it was fantastic, as long as you deal with the young people on the staff. I have two service dogs, we travel EXTENSIVELY and have NEVER, EVER had a problem. That is until we had the misfortune of encountering a most UNPLEASANT, RUDE and disrespectful woman (she works days?) she even went as far as calling (and lying to) the police. Then she lied to me when she said she was going to refund my full purchase!! It has now been 2 days and I have not received a single dime!! I guess I won't eat for the next couple of days!!! DISGUSTINGLY, UNACCEPTABLE business practices...AND BEHAVIOR!!! EDIT: to their credit I did receive $125 in refunds. Having said that... I would take your business elsewhere you ca

Positive: I love the customer service and how peaceful it is, Noone outside messing with people's cars, no screaming and yelling and drama, the staff here are super nice and Noone helps themselves to your room when the do not disturb tag is hanging on the door. Negative: There's no personal microwaves or coffee makers in the room. But everything else is fantastic.

I have stayed there a few times. It might need a little upgrade but hands down the staff is amazing!! There was a younger Indian girl that worked behind the font desk and she was absolutely amazing and was extremely professional!! I will be back just because how much pride she took in her job and her demeanor!

Polite staff. That’s the best I can say about this motel. Our room smelled moldy and was damp. The 3 ring binder with motel and area info had mildew between the plastic sleeves and the pages were filthy. We should have left or requested another room. I did not which was my mistake. Our room was 4 steps away from the front desk/ common area. Paper thin walls and door. You could hear every beep of the waffle iron. We all woke up with headaches, solidifying there is an air quality problem. I mentioned this to the owner upon checking out. She responded with, I should have mentioned the problem yesterday. My stay at the microtel in Auburn was great I enjoyed the cleanliness of my room the great morning breakfast the courteous customer service and most of all I enjoyed my room I have to comment on a statement made on one of the reviews the staff thoroughly cleans that musty smell is a customer and I smell it myself it's not the rooms it's a few customers and they have said they've been here a few months ago and that musty smell follow them everywhere they go it's not the customer service it's not the staff it's the customer one or two of the customers upstairs that's on the ground right now is musty and have been for the last week and one more thing this place was very peaceful and smelling aromatic until those people came you can smell them through the air condition vent but it's not the ho
