Microtel by Wyndham Penn Yan Finger Lakes Region

The registration was quick and efficient. Frankie was very personable and able to answer all our questions easily. The room was clean and felt spa like. It was quiet. Microwave, refrigerator, lock box were present in the room. Lots of hot water for the shower. Breakfast was 6-9 am with multiple options available including oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, bagels, cream cheese, waffles, breakfast sandwiches and more. The lobby was bright and light. We were very pleased with our stay and will use this place again if we are in this area again.

We were there to celebrate my grnaddaughter's birthday. We had two rooms and the rooms were perfect. The girls (my granddaughters and friends) spent time in the pool and they loved it. After a busy weekend, there were not enough towels in the pool room. I was given some, but the shelf was empty. Breakfast was a problem since by the time we got there, much of it was gone and not restocked. The juice machine was out of order and one waffle maker was too, so it took quite a while for everyone to get what they wanted. We were there at the end of June and things were in better shape. We'll go back and hope for better next time.

Great place. Seems like they have thought of every detail. Beds comfy. Rooms fully stocked with all you need. Heat/cool new Amanda units super quiet. Great insulation between rooms. Could not hear other quests. Bkfast typical but with a few extra touches; all at a very competitive price…you’ll be glad you stayed here..!!

Positive: The cleanliness of this hotel is absolutely amazing. We traveled quite a bit and we know a clean hotel when we see one and this one is absolutely fabulous. As you pull up, the grounds are spotless, the lobby is spotless, and our room was fabulous. Negative: Absolutely nothing

Great location!! Super clean room( very important for the wife!). This was a recon trip for our daughter’s wedding in June. We will be booking 5 rooms here for the wedding guests in the coming days!
