Best Western Plus Vineyard Inn & Suites

Super solid offering that’s immaculately clean. Location is walkable to town and in the middle of the Finger Lakes. Quick Uber to some wineries if that’s your thing. Hotel staff was amazing and they kept the place spotless. Well I did find some dust on the back of the TV. Yes, I checked because the rest of the room was so clean. Amenities were decent and the room was well appointed and mostly newer furniture. Nice options for breakfast. Nothing crazy, but solid.

I have always loved staying at this locations. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. However during our stay this time around, they had us in an adjoining room. The family staying in the other room, when speaking felt like they were in our room having the conversation. The door between the rooms must be very thin. This made sleeping impossible as the couple in the other room were up late having loud conversation. We could also see light from their room into ours making us think there was only one door in between us when there is generally two for this purpose. Unfortunately, this will make me rethink any future stays at this location as it was not a pleasant stay.

My old impressions of a BW was a lower budget hotel and it was anything but that. Super clean, great rooms (we upgraded to a king suite), very flexible staff (was able to get a later checkout). They allowed us to bring in our bikes (they were clean) to our rooms for safe keeping without any issues. Great location near downtown Penn Yan with plenty of restaurants and stores. The free coffee and juice (24/7) was a great touch and they included a nice 'free' breakfast. I rarely would go to a hotel pool and this one was super clean and we happened to be the only ones in it. Overall, exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Surprisingly a very nice place. I usually stay in Marriotts but there was none in the area. This hotel was very nice. Rooms good, bed comfortable, free breakfast and good location for getting to all the wineries.

Overall satisfied with the hotel. The bathrooms are small and the walls are thin. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were too soft and had no support. The majority of employees were friendly and helpful though I did have an issue with one who was rude and unhelpful. We added the wine package which only gave the choice between 2 wines, either a sweet red or a reisling.
