Hampton Inn Penn Yan

I'm not really sure why everyone on here is saying this place is clean because it is not. I totally understand that it's a hotel and it's not going to be perfectly clean but you would think at least the basic things should be cleaned like the bathroom . I stayed there just recently the bathroom in our room was disgusting . The whole front and back of the toilet had clearly not been cleaned. All of the upholstered furniture was discolored and caked full of who knows what kind of grossness? The only reason why I'm giving this place a three star is because the staff there was very friendly and very helpful and kind. The view of the lake was absolutely gorgeous. Same with the pool area. It was just a beautiful view. I'm sure if I would stay here in the summer it would be even more beautiful. B

We were here three nights. Its a great base camp for exploring the region. We liked being right on the lake and had a lake view room. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They have one of the best hot tubs of all the hotels we have stayed at.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Hampton Inn in Penn Yan, NY. From the cost of the room, the cleanliness of the hotel and our room, the great breakfast and super friendly staff. Everything was great.

We did the Valentine Package. Had a excellent time. Room nice and clean.Food was very,very good. Great breakfast.I recommend this location. Not our first time at the Hampton. We are never disappoint. We were very pleased.

Excellent!! This Christmas break, my husband and I stopped by Kentucky and drove to the Finger Lakes in New York. We looked for a hotel nearby and chose this one after reading Google reviews and stayed there for two nights. I give this hotel a high rating for its cleanliness, friendliness, comfort, great location, and price. First, the facilities were as clean as new. Second, all the staff were friendly. Third, the price included breakfast, which was very satisfactory. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day, which was nice. Hot water was always available in the restaurant, which was a nice bonus. I will definitely stay here again if I ever need to stay in the area again.
