Mesa Regal RV Park & Resort Arizona

Great place to visit friends. They have live music every night which was nice, but the food was far below what I expected all 3 times I ate there..disappointed for sure in the food.

Awful!! Absolutely horrible experience, we were there for almost 3 years and that was 3 years too long! They make you sign a contract, claiming they uphold certain rules, meanwhile when you have a valid complaint about someone violating their rules, they don’t do anything about it and claim they can’t…?? And the few times they do “uphold” their rules they pick and choose whom they harass to follow those rules… And PLEASE do not believe their lies on any of their websites claiming they are a five star resort!! Five star resorts don’t serve food (that you pay $50 per meal for) with plastic utensils and paper plates. People park their cars on the sides of the roads all the time, making it hard for you to even get a golf cart thought, much less drive. Hopefully they don’t ever have a fire in h

Mesa Regal is generally an unfriendly 55+ community especially if visiting for short periods of time. The amenities are geared towards people who like to party and who stay or live here for long periods of time. Some of the exercise classes were good—but by and large, no one signs up, so you never know how full or empty they will be. The sign-up process is actually useless as no one ever takes a headcount!! The swimming pools are filled with extended families and there is no room for those of us who payed for a resort experience-including a pool! I didn’t come here to swim with toddlers. The streets are narrow and dirty and folks drive too fast. Some of the homes appear to have garbage or hoarder-like behavior. Great place with a wide variety of activities available for all levels of interest.

Very well kept and very active . I just wish that they had double wide here.
