Mesa Gardens RV Park

I was a long term resident for close to a year. The gate was broken for 4 or 5 months of living there. Still regularly breaks. Homeless outside, some are nice a lot are addicts its the city. Water is shut off regularly for maintenance and line breaks. Management is eh. Billing for electrical was weird and sketchy the whole time i was there. When i left they billed me for closing electrical because they forgot (?) to apply the deposit i paid at the beginning that covers the end. If you have a rig over 30 ft plan for parking to be a hassel its super tight. Its a decent locstion next to a couple good restaurants. Could be a good park. Not worth close to a grand every month, could be but poor maintenance and management prevents that.

Absolutely the worst establishment I have ever stayed at. Under new management they’re rude and disrespectful. Me as well as others had problems with the electric bill a lot fee not being correct. Was charged late fees when I wasn’t late. Theirs drug addicts outside the gate doesn’t work a they didn’t fix it for over months spots are tiny the water was always shut off due to poor maintenance on site. Worst staff I have ever encountered theirs cockroaches on site would rather dry dock in the desert than stay here.

I moved over to AZ from GA for work back in August and have been staying here since then. Kaylin in the front office is one of the friendliest people I have met, so down to earth, and understanding. She maintains the park very well while maintaining good relationships with everyone and I love that. The park is very nice and I love that its gated.

We stayed here to be close to our daughter at college in our RV. They had the cutest Halloween decorations and a party. The party was well thought out and organized for maximum fun. Our truck had to go to the shop to be worked on and it took longer than anticipated. They were so kind about a stressful situation and worked it around so we could stay day by day until the work was done. We loved access to the quiet park behind and the tram across the street could be a big bonus. They take excellent care of the grounds and the bathrooms/showers were really nice and clean. If you’re stuck in the city this is a good location.

Kaylin went above and beyond to make my stay amazing! So rare to find such a high level of customer service in any business these days, let alone a rv park. I've been full time rv for 8 months meow and I have never felt such community like I did here. Mesa Gardens is a hidden gem IMHO and I am glad they are turning this place around. Highly recommend!! Dave and Chris get shout outs too bc they were unreal helpful! Keep up the great work!! Halloween party was fun and had grrrreat food!
