Mentor Home Inn & Suites

Ive been here for 2 and half years and as there are side effects of the place, it feels like home. Staff is very nice and straight to the point, get to know the right people here. The location is perfect as there is a 7/11 next door and McDonald's right across along with Sheetz over across the bridge. However, do not come here if you are thinking of a high mighty palace, there's other hotels like that!

This hotel should be condemned! Besides the cockroachs and filthy overall room .the electric kept going on and off causing worry of fire. people staying in other rooms are paying by the week or month causing all night parties dogs barking and drug activity. Air conditioner was not strong enough to cool the room. The only thing that worked properly was the TV ( if the electric kept working.(😂 Worst lodging experience ever)

it was horrible, the rooms smelt and looked as if they haven't been cleaned. there was bug beds and dead flies in the microwave. the paint jobs done were horrible and was obviously not done right. this hotel is the prime example of low budget and not caring.

The room floor needed swept, the sink drained on and off, I had to wipe whatever green sticky stuff was on the table off, there seemed to be a party and lots of noise until about 9 pm with our door being hit, window being hit, a child screaming outside. The staff were fine. The manage allows for this since I noticed another post like mine from last week, I should have checked better ahead of time.

I don’t normally do reviews but this place grossed me out so bad I feel like I need to. Went here with my mom and one of the beds had white sheets stained yellow like someone pissed the bed and hair in the 3 other bed in different rooms they tried to give us, the staff were nice at first but quickly shifted and gave my mom the nastiest attitude ever. They tried to keep the 100 dollars for a room after we wanted a refund and said we had to wait till Monday. We got the money back after 5 minutes of attitude. Don’t go. Ever.
