Memphis Extended Stay Memphis, TN

This facility had roaches, the air didn't work, and it smelled musty. The location was cool and for the price it was ok. We were going to stay the night but opted out to leave.

This place is horrific! The rooms are disgusting! The pictures are a lie! This place looks nothing like it shows. The pool is empty, dirty, and collecting trash. They have roaches, the rooms are not clean, the outside is dirty, kids are running everywhere, people outside playing music and smoking marijuana. When you try to alert management and staff, they will brush you off and lie like they will look into it. I stayed a month because I had already paid and I knew that my chances of getting a refund were 0. They claimed to have security who is just as unprofessional as the management and staff. The bathroom toilet was always stopped up and the eyes on the cook top did not work and no one tried to fix it. The elevator does not work. I asked when it would be fixed and the lady's reply with a

I seen some security guys rough housing a female and acting as if they were police. These ppl aren't discretional officers. Trained or able to detain ppl. This needs investigated.

This place has recently gotten new management, and they are trying to change everything little by little because the previous owners weren’t that great. But I really look forward for the updates of this place. My stay there was incredible everything was clean and nice. And the workers were great too. I look forward to the future of this place!
