Medical Inn Oklahoma City

I got yelled at more than once because my son was in the children's hospital and the only time I was at the inn (around 10pm) was far to late for the manager to be inconvinced with getting me clean bath towels and had no problem rudely informing me of such. After the 2nd time, I left. I had a hard enough time caring for my son to have someone yell at me about having to do his job because of me.

I have had a great experience with this business! The staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. Their parking lot, located safely behind the building, is always well lit and well maintained, which makes it feel secure and welcoming—especially being at a high populated area. It is clear they take pride in their property and care about the community. Every interaction has been friendly and professional, and they go above and beyond. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a place that values people and provides excellent service.

We had a nice stay. My son was having surgery and the Medical Inn was within blocks of the OU surgical center. Clean rooms and staff was great especially when we asked to move to the grounds d floor to accommodate my son and him being in a straight brace. Would stay there again.

Very close to OU. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had a fridge and microwave. They were friendly, understanding and flexible. Will stay here again.

Helps us out for free thanks to OU hospital perfect quite place plenty of parking and the man working downstairs is really nice. AKA this place is a lifesaver 5 stars for sure
