MEADOWS OF SAN JUAN RV RESORT

Wow! 🤩 Loved staying here in a tiny home by the pond, overlooking the mountains. 🏔️ Great spot for all sorts of adventures! Will be staying here again and again. Can’t wait to bring the RV. They have done such a great job with the location and offering community spirit. Peaceful, quiet, serene. Plus the view of the stars is so vast and clear you really get close to the Colorado feel coupled with the trees and mountains. 10/10 would reccommend! 👍

The location is beautiful, and there are some nice residents. It's an alright place to stay short-term. That is all I can say that is positive. The owners micro-manage the place, which they should not, because they are sorely lacking the necessary people skills. They are incredibly condescending, and disingenuous. We considered renting here long-term but there were way too many red flags. One of the owners drives his truck all over the property, all throughout the day, almost every day, watching (more like staring down) the residents and employees. It creeped us out. The employees who live there seem a little too reliant on them as well, it doesn't appear to be a healthy work dynamic. Cute RV park with a spacious layout and a big patch of grass between our sites—perfect since we were traveling with two RVs and two families. We rode our bikes, let the kids run around, and enjoyed how quiet it was. The employee who rides around with his dog was so nice and attentive—5 stars for him! The park had 2 picnic tables, a grill, a grass patch, and plenty of room to ride around. There’s also a play area and other amenities we didn’t get to enjoy due to our short stay, but they looked great. Overall, it was very cute, comfortable, and family-friendly. We’d definitely recommend! ❤️

We had a great visit here and would recommend this spot as it’s close to so many good spots! The people in the office were so helpful and our favorite thing was the awesome activities barn that had pickleball, pool, bowling and badminton. The pool was nice and the hot tub was hot! We hope to come back again!

We met the new owner & he guided our 5th wheel in the site. That was really nice. He is making many improvements to the RV resort which will make it a beautiful & comfortable place to say. There are full timers, tiny homes, RV sites, etc. & it is a diverse community with something for everyone. The fountains, sites with lush green grass, flowers, etc. have really made a huge improvement for all who stay here. We gave it 4 stars because it is still being remodeled & renovated, so we really didn't have access yet to all the amenities being offered. Once the renovations are finished, it will be a 5 star resort. The laundry room had only a few washers & dryers that were working & will look nice once it is painted & new equipment is installed. The bath/shower were updated & were nice & clean in
