MCM Eleganté Suites Colorado Springs

We come up weekly for school and stay here, the staff are amazingly nice and they always remember us and make you feel so welcomed! The price is amazing especially if you make an online account. This is by far the best hotel I have been to in years.

At first I really liked this hotel. The rooms are fairly clean and spacious. They also come with kitchenettes. However my ice maker in my fridge didn't work there's a leak on the faucet in the kitchen sink. The can opener in the room didn't work ,I had to get my own. The part that bothers me the most I was going to give this hotel 4 stars but the fact they wouldn't let me have even a 15-minute late checkout so I can finish my laundry without charging me for it I understand hotels are in the business to make money but I was here for a week. I probably won't be back to this hotel unless my job sends me back here.

Stayed at this hotel because it was the closest to a work event I had to travel for. I was nicely surprised at how much you get for the price paid. A kitchenette with a full sized fridge along with a nice comfortable bed with comfortable linens was more than I could ask for. The road noise was not too bad, especially at night, and the blinds blocked out all night. I don't usually grab hotel breakfast so I don't have much to comment concerning it, but there was a small breakfast offered near the front desk, buffet style that lasts 3.5 hours which is longer than most places. Staff was friendly from when I arrived to when I left and were there to help me when I needed it. I'd recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Our room was wonderful full. We had a suite. We had a bedroom door we could close. There was a kitchenette and a TV room. It was all spacious. Wonderful. Our check-in went very well. We came in after 5PM and our checking person was very kind and thoughtful. Really enjoyed him. Breakfast probably left a little to be desired. There was no microwave so if you needed that you needed to go to your room. The selections were OK but would leave the “eggs” and the bacon alone. The night was quiet. The stay overall was very good.

The suite was very nice and in a good location, however there was a problem with our door key not working daily. I found out later that others in this hotel had the same problem. The staff was extremely courteous and assisted us every day to reprogram our door keys but gave us many excuses for the issue. Other than this issue, I would recommend staying here again.
