McGuirk's Ocean View Hotel

This is the best place on Ocean boulevard. The rooms are nice. Everything is very clean. Their food is good had a wonderful breakfast there. I've also had dinner there and as far McGurk's for the live entertainment everyone's there for entertainment the deck is always packed with people having a really good time.. My best friend and I had the most wonderful time and will definitely be going back again next year but probably for 3 days instead of 2. And if you're seeing a show at the ballroom it's less than a 5-minute walk

We had a great stay! It is a perfect location on the beach during the day and the most happening spot at night. Enjoyed our balcony and would heartily reccomend the upgrade. Tom, the owner, could not have been nicer. Our tv was messed up by the previous guests and he came after hours to fix for us. Will definitely return!

I stayed at McGuirk's Ocean View Hotel for one night. My standard room was comfortable, clean, and surprisingly spacious. I was especially impressed by the large drink cooler, which was perfect for keeping beverages cold after a day in the sun. In the evening, I enjoyed live music at the bar, and in the morning, it was a treat to sip coffee while looking out over the ocean. The location couldn’t be better and the staff were all lovely and welcoming. A hidden gem on the Hampton Beach strip, for sure!

I didn't stay at this hotel but they advertise it as being the best breakfast on the beach. I definitely agree. We ate there all three mornings. The big breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced. 2 eggs 2 strips of bacon, 2 sausages, the big fat kind and 3 pancakes, I always substituted french toast and they gave you 3 as well, I thought they would drop it down to 2 but they didn't. No charge for the substitutions. $18 very reasonable. And bottomless coffee for $3.50.

Went there for a dinner with friends hoping for a nice dinner and was met with disgusting food. Some ordered baked haddock which came out extremely dry and hard; also cold. The broccoli came out hard after we asked for it to be double cooked. We sent it back three times with no success. The shepherd’s pie is mainly mashed potatoes and no beef with tons of grease. Never had my cup refilled after asking twice. When they offered to bring sauce for the food; it never came! They stated they had trouble with the kitchen and most of the wait staff was ready to close and no care was taken in how it was handled.
